Regular Resource Reminder – Russell Labs Student Services Website

    Dear Communities of Russell Labs,

I hope everyone is finding the time to rest and recharge during this break between semesters. The end of an academic year can be a time to re-set our goals and priorities. It can also bring new stressors, so I write to remind you of the many opportunities to find support both on and off-campus. Please see the attached information outlining available resources to support your mental health and well-being.

UW-Madison is a large campus with many resources available across audiences. With so many different resources, it can be challenging to navigate eligibility and to know where to go for what. For a comprehensive database of resources both on and off-campus, reference the Russell Labs Student Services Website.

There you can find the Resources Comparison Chart – a downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with information that is organized by scope, audience, and category. Keep an eye out for a video tutorial coming over the summer.

Special thanks to Dixie Lang and Emily Laabs for helping me with ongoing web design and maintenance 😊

If you have questions about any of these or other resources, please feel free to reach out to me or another human services professional. We are here to listen, triage, and make referrals.

    Be well,
