Russell Labs has a small Facilities staff to cover building maintenance requests, fabrication requests, key requests and more. (see the Facilities area homepage for a full list of services)
Similar to Physical Plant, Facilities staff use a service request form to collect requests.
The form emails the Facilities manager so he can review your request, prioritize it and assign staff.
Please use the form for all requests to Facilities rather than:
- emailing, texting or calling individual staff
- stopping Facilities staff in the hallways
Do NOT use this form for emergencies – refer to the information on Safety page of the Hub Site.
