We have notices several instances where Workday accepts an ad-hoc “Ship To” address, but will not update the “Deliver To” address to your desired location.
In this case, the order will need to be placed manually (non-catalog), then you will then need to confirm the shipping address with the vendor–even if it is technically a catalog order.
Vendors cannot update the shipping addresses for catalog orders, but are able to do so when it is a non-standard order.
