How to Check the Status of a Submitted Expense Report

    1. Login to Workday.
    2. The Workday homepage appears.
    3. Locate the Global Navigation Menu (upper left, below the UW Shield icon).
    4. Click the Personal icon.  A Personal popup menu appears.
    5. Click Expenses Hub.
    6. The Expenses Hub page appears, with a menu at the left.
    7. Click Expense Reports on the menu:

    8. The My Expense Reports table appears.
    9. Check the Status column of the table.
    10. If the status column shows “Waiting on Expense Partner UW,” your report is in the approval queue, and you don’t need to take action at this time.
