What:
The MFA Duo* prompt screen is changing.
*MFA (multi factor authentication) Duo – when you login with your NetID and password, the MFA Duo is the additional authentication method where you enter a special numeric code in your cell phone or in a Duo fob device.
If You Use Your Cell Phone for MFA:
If You Use a Duo Fob for MFA:
Duo Fob Version – After – Screen 1
- Click Other options.
- The Other options screen appears:
Duo Fob Version – After – Screen 2
- Click Hardware token, then enter the code from your Duo fob.
