What Happens to Your Files and Webpages When You Leave: All files will be deleted during the next scheduled server maintenance. If you want to keep your files, you must make a backup copy of them before you leave. How to Apply for a One-Semester Extension on File Deletion: You may apply for an extension to keep your files on the server an additional semester by: completing this form having your advisor to sign the form delivering the form to Russell Labs Computing, Room 436B Russell Labs Once Russell Labs Computing receives and approves the extension form, the deletion date will be moved to the end of that semester.
